On November 14 the Baltimore Co Fire Rescue Academy held live burn evolutions at this structure. This house was purchased by the neighbor. They were razing the dwelling to make more room for horse riding. The training was attended by Butler VFC, Glyndon VFC, Chestnut Ridge VFC, and Texas station 17.
